The Team behind Jürgen
Nicolas is an external consultant at Jaispoir. After a mechatronics Bachelor of Engineering, he expanded his competences with a Master in management at ESCP Europe. He gained a broad experience ranging from technical development, project management, Sales, engineering management, IT as well as company management. Nicolas worked mainly in the engineering consultancy sector in Bavaria. He was the Senior Business Manager for the Aerospace and Defence sector, managing 25 Engineers and maintaining and developing Clients and the engineering team. He is fluent in German, French & English.
Michel is an external junior consultant at Jaispoir. After a Bachelor in International Hospitality Management in The Hague, he completed a Master in Environmental and Food Economics in Milano. His studies gave him great insights in guest service, customer relations, business development, strategic and financial planning and the food supply chain. He is fluent in German, French, English and Italian. His main motivation is to contribute to ensuring healthy and sustainable food for current and future generations.
